At Neo Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if you are not, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition to qualify for a return.

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
